BG’s has built a true Tennessee log cabin with a patio and a 900 sq. ft. kitchen on Hwy. 30 between Decatur and Dayton!  This is the beginning of BG’s Smokehouse and there will be a lot of good food coming out of this little log cabin.  Basil and his “All-star Girls” (Meria and Sheree) take pride in using locally grown produce, and locally raised beef and pork whenever possible.  We make all our own rubs, bar-b-que sauce, and side dishes from scratch. We have been catering events in this area for 4 years, many different menus, many smiling faces and happy bellies every time. 

This is a small family run business with a desire to meet and/or exceed your expectations.  The more notice you can provide us, the more options we will have to make your next event a memorable one.  We plan to occasionally offer “to go meals through social media for pick up on your way home and even lunch specials on some days, (Winter-time home-made soups anyone?)  Please like us on facebook or follow us on twitter.
